Do I need an account?
Not for AI matches or solo practice. Online rooms need a GameNow sign-in, after which the page opens with room setup.
Why didn’t a shot count when the balls seemed to touch?
Check the verdict: misses under 5 mm show the gap. Other usual causes are hitting the same red twice, too few cushions for the Required cushions or Rails before first red setting, or touching the opponent’s ball when that foul applies.
How do teams take turns?
Seats 1 and 3 (white) play seats 2 and 4 (yellow). A team score hands the next shot to your partner, unlike singles where the scorer continues; a miss passes it to the other team.
What happens if I disconnect online?
Your seat is held for 60 seconds, and the wait restarts if you drop again. If you don’t return, the seat is removed, the match stops and the first remaining player becomes host.
Does it work without WebGL?
Yes. The game falls back to a flat top-down table with the same rules and path guide, and hides the Cue view button.
